Description

Ingredients

  • Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup
  • Red bean paste – 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds – 1/4 cup
  • Peanuts – 1/4 cup
  • Oil – for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Stir until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it in your palm.
  4. Add a teaspoon of red bean paste in the center and wrap the dough around it.
  5. Shape it into a ball and roll it in sesame seeds.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown.
  7. Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve warm.
