Ingredients
- Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
- Water – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1/2 cup
- Red bean paste – 1 cup
- Sesame seeds – 1/4 cup
- Peanuts – 1/4 cup
- Oil – for frying
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar in a bowl.
- Stir until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it in your palm.
- Add a teaspoon of red bean paste in the center and wrap the dough around it.
- Shape it into a ball and roll it in sesame seeds.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve warm.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve with tea for a traditional touch.
