Ingredients

  • Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Red bean paste – 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
  • Peanuts – 1/2 cup
  • Sweet soy sauce – 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and water to form a dough.
  2. Divide dough into small balls.
  3. Flatten each ball and place a spoonful of red bean paste inside.
  4. Seal the dough and shape it into a ball.
  5. Roll the balls in sesame seeds and chopped peanuts.
  6. Steam the balls for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve with sweet soy sauce.

Notes

  • Use a steamer for best results.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
