Ingredients

  • 2 cups glutinous rice flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup red bean paste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add water and coconut milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. Grease a steaming mold.
  4. Pour half the batter into the mold.
  5. Add red bean paste if using and cover with remaining batter.
  6. Steam for 30-40 minutes until set.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
