Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and oil in a bowl.
- Add egg whites, vanilla, almond extracts, and water. Stir until smooth.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of batter onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden.
- Quickly fold cookies into a shape and place fortunes inside.
- Let cool completely before serving.
