Description
Traditional Chinese New Year dumplings filled with pork and vegetables.
Ingredients

- 500g ground pork
- 200g cabbage, finely chopped
- 100g green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Water, for sealing
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a small amount of filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water.
- Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges to seal.
- Repeat until all filling is used.
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Add dumplings and cook until they float.
- Serve with soy sauce or vinegar.
Notes
- Ensure the dumplings are sealed well to avoid leakage.
- You can freeze uncooked dumplings for later use.
- Adjust filling ingredients according to your taste.
