Delicious and easy snickerdoodle cookies made with cake mix.

- 1 box cake mix (yellow or vanilla)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cake mix, oil, and eggs until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
- Form the dough into balls and roll in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- For softer cookies, do not overbake.
- You can add chocolate chips for variation.
