Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.
