Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate, covering it partially.
- Place them back on the baking sheet to set.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.

- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Use a toothpick to help dip the balls in chocolate.
