Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of butter

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem.
  3. Place the cauliflower in a baking dish.
  4. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the butter and stir.
  6. Pour the butter mixture over the cauliflower.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  8. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
