- 1 whole cauliflower
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem.
- Place the cauliflower in a baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the butter and stir.
- Pour the butter mixture over the cauliflower.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Roast in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
