Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
