Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s cups
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s cups.
  7. Drop dough onto baking sheets.
  8. Mix cream cheese with a little sugar and place a small dollop on each cookie.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Let cool before serving.
