Delicious white chocolate Reese’s cheesecake cookies.
Ingredients

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped Reese’s cups
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla, and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s cups.
- Drop dough onto baking sheets.
- Mix cream cheese with a little sugar and place a small dollop on each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies freeze well.
- Adjust baking time for softer or crunchier cookies.
