Description
A hearty and flavorful white chicken chili.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add cooked chicken, beans, corn, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and cheese until melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Top with additional cheese if desired.
- Great with tortilla chips.
