A hearty and flavorful chili inspired by Wendy’s recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 can pinto beans, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until soft.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, pinto beans, and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Serve with shredded cheese or sour cream if desired.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
