A hearty and low-calorie hamburger soup perfect for Weight Watchers.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add carrots and celery; cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, green beans, and oregano.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.

- This soup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Freeze leftovers for later use.
