A delicious walking taco casserole that combines all the flavors of your favorite walking tacos in a convenient casserole dish.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups corn tortilla chips
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips.
- Add ground beef, black beans, and salsa on top of the chips.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the mixture.
- Layer the remaining tortilla chips, then add the remaining beef mixture and cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings such as guacamole or olives.
- To make it spicier, use hot salsa or add more jalapeños.
