Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Mix in chopped bell peppers, quinoa, diced tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
