A layered dessert combining ube and traditional tiramisu elements served in a jar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup ube halaya
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Mix ube halaya and mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold whipped cream into the ube mixture gently.
- Dip ladyfinger cookies quickly in brewed coffee.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of the jar.
- Add a layer of the ube mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat layers until jar is full, finishing with the ube mixture.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly brewed coffee for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- For a stronger coffee flavor, soak ladyfingers longer.
