Description

A layered dessert combining ube and traditional tiramisu elements served in a jar.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ube halaya
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Mix ube halaya and mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold whipped cream into the ube mixture gently.
  4. Dip ladyfinger cookies quickly in brewed coffee.
  5. Layer dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of the jar.
  6. Add a layer of the ube mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat layers until jar is full, finishing with the ube mixture.
  8. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use freshly brewed coffee for best flavor.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • For a stronger coffee flavor, soak ladyfingers longer.
