Delicious turkey pockets made with deli turkey.
Ingredients

- 4 slices deli turkey
- 2 slices cheese
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup mustard
Instructions
- Lay out the tortilla on a flat surface.
- Spread mustard evenly on the tortilla.
- Layer turkey slices on top of the mustard.
- Add cheese slices over the turkey.
- Sprinkle lettuce and tomatoes on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to form a pocket.
- Slice in half and serve.
Notes
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Add other vegetables for more flavor.
- These can be made in advance and stored in the fridge.
