A flavorful twist on classic deviled eggs with tuna.
Ingredients

- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Fill the egg whites with the tuna yolk mixture.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

- Use fresh herbs for added flavor.
- Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your preference.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
