Description

A flavorful twist on classic deviled eggs with tuna.


Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  4. Mash the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the tuna yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
