- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, cheese, ketchup, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Shape it into a loaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
- This can be made ahead of time and baked later.
