Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, cheese, ketchup, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
