This is the ultimate crockpot chili recipe that is hearty and flavorful.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic.
- Drain excess fat and transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Add the beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to the crockpot.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
