Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Fit the pie crust into a pie dish and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and flour until smooth.
- Gradually add milk, vanilla, and salt to the mixture, whisking until combined.
- Pour the custard mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the custard is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and cool before serving.
