- 1 can of pineapple slices in juice
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain the pineapple slices and place them in a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and melted butter until combined.
- Add flour, milk, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the pineapple slices in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream for added flavor.
- You can use fresh pineapple if desired.
