A simple and delicious pineapple bake recipe that anyone can make.
Ingredients

- 1 can of pineapple slices in juice
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 2 cups of crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain the pineapple slices and reserve the juice.
- Melt the butter and mix with brown sugar in a bowl.
- Layer the pineapple slices in a baking dish.
- Spread the graham cracker crumbs over the pineapple.
- Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture over the crumbs.
- Add shredded coconut and chopped pecans on top.
- Drizzle some of the reserved pineapple juice over the dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute coconut with nuts if preferred.
