Ingredients

  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
  • 2 cups of crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drain the pineapple slices and reserve the juice.
  3. Melt the butter and mix with brown sugar in a bowl.
  4. Layer the pineapple slices in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the graham cracker crumbs over the pineapple.
  6. Pour the butter and brown sugar mixture over the crumbs.
  7. Add shredded coconut and chopped pecans on top.
  8. Drizzle some of the reserved pineapple juice over the dish.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
