A delicious and easy taco pasta bake that combines your favorite taco flavors with pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  4. Add the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa. Stir to combine.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and half of the cheese.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese and diced tomatoes.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
