A delicious and easy taco pasta bake that combines your favorite taco flavors with pasta.

- 8 ounces of pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa. Stir to combine.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and half of the cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese and diced tomatoes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add jalapeños for extra heat.
- You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
