- 2 lbs beef tips
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp flour
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add beef tips and brown on all sides.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- Add onion and garlic to the pan, sauté until soft.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stir well.
- Return beef tips to the pan.
- Simmer for 30 minutes until beef is tender.
