Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add beef tips and brown on all sides.
  3. Remove beef and set aside.
  4. Add onion and garlic to the pan, sauté until soft.

  6. Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stir well.
  7. Return beef tips to the pan.
  8. Simmer for 30 minutes until beef is tender.
