- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions and garlic.
- Add diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning to the beef.
- Mix cooked macaroni with the beef mixture.
- Stir in milk and half of the cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
