Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper all over it.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
- Mix cranberries, brown sugar, and orange juice in a bowl.
- Stuff the mixture inside the turkey cavity.
- Cover the turkey with foil and roast for 3 hours.
- Remove the foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
