- 6 cups rice chex cereal
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup candy corn
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large bowl, measure rice chex cereal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and stir to coat.
- In a large bag, add the powdered sugar and the coated cereal.
- Shake the bag until the cereal is well coated.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and mix in candy corn and mini marshmallows.
