Ingredients

- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
