Ingredients

- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares or circles.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, turkey, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each pastry piece.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Can be made ahead and frozen.
