Delicious and easy-to-make Thanksgiving pinwheel appetizers.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded turkey
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, spinach, and cheddar cheese on top.
- Tightly roll each tortilla into a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Slice into pinwheels and serve.
