Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with butter, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast for about 3-4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- For the green beans, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 20 minutes.
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then mash with milk and cheese.
- Serve with cranberry sauce.
