Description

A delicious Thanksgiving panini loaded with turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 4 oz turkey, sliced
  • 2 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup stuffing
  • 1 slice cheese (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a panini press or skillet.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and stuffing on the unbuttered side of one slice.
  4. Add cheese if desired.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  6. Grill in the panini press or skillet until golden brown and heated through.
  7. Slice and serve hot.
