Ingredients

- 2 pounds of mixed mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture.
- Stir in thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
