Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 pounds)
- Ham – 1 whole (10-12 pounds)
- Beef Roast – 1 (4-5 pounds)
- Chicken – 2 (3-4 pounds each)
- Sausage – 1 pound
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it inside and out.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Cook the turkey for about 13 minutes per pound.
- Meanwhile, prepare the ham by glazing it with your favorite ingredients.
- Cook the ham for about 15-18 minutes per pound.
- For the beef roast, season and sear it before roasting at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes per pound.
- Cook the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Prepare sausage by pan-frying until browned.
- Let all meats rest before carving.
