  • 2 medium potatoes

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the stuffing by mixing the stuffing mix with chicken broth.
  3. Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the turkey breast on both sides.
  5. Place the turkey in a baking dish and top with stuffing.
  6. Bake for 1.5 hours or until the turkey reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. While the turkey is baking, peel and chop the potatoes and boil them until tender.
  8. Steam the green beans until bright green.
  9. Drain the potatoes and mash with butter, salt, and pepper.
  10. Serve the turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
