A simple and delicious Thanksgiving make-ahead recipe.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of diced turkey
- 2 cups of chopped celery
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of sage
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 8 cups of cubed bread
- 1 cup of butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large pan, melt butter and sauté onions and celery until soft.
- Add turkey, sage, and thyme, mixing well.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and broth.
- Mix in the turkey mixture until evenly distributed.
- Transfer to a baking dish and cover.
- Bake for 30 minutes, uncover, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

- Prepare a day in advance for convenience.
- Store in the refrigerator before baking.
