Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large pan, melt butter and sauté onions and celery until soft.
  3. Add turkey, sage, and thyme, mixing well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes and broth.
  5. Mix in the turkey mixture until evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and cover.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, uncover, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
