- 200g powdered sugar
- 150g egg whites
- 100g granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 200g butter (for filling)
- 250g cream cheese (for filling)
- 100g maple syrup (for filling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and powdered sugar.
- In another bowl, whip egg whites until foamy.
- Gradually add granulated sugar while continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Add vanilla extract and pumpkin spice to the egg mixture.
- Gently fold in the almond flour mixture.
- Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the macarons rest for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let them cool completely before filling.
- Mix butter, cream cheese, and maple syrup for the filling.
- Sandwich the macarons with the filling.
