  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir in flour, garlic powder, and onion powder; cook for 1 minute.
  4. Slowly whisk in milk; cook until thickened.
  5. Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese; stir until melted.
  6. Combine cheese sauce with macaroni; mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
