Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in flour, garlic powder, and onion powder; cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in milk; cook until thickened.
- Add cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese; stir until melted.
- Combine cheese sauce with macaroni; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
Notes
- Can add breadcrumbs on top for a crunchy texture.
- Use different cheeses for varied flavors.
- Make ahead and reheat before serving.
