A simple and delicious Thanksgiving lunch recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 turkey breast (4–5 pounds)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, and thyme all over the turkey.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
- Pour chicken broth into the pan.
- Cover with aluminum foil and roast for 1.5 hours.
- Remove foil and roast for another 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Steam mixed vegetables for 5-7 minutes and serve alongside.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer for accurate cooking.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
- Pair with cranberry sauce for extra flavor.
