A delicious way to use your Thanksgiving leftovers in a comforting casserole.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded turkey
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup green beans, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the turkey mixture in a baking dish.
  4. Add the cooked green beans on top of the turkey layer.
  5. Spread the mashed potatoes over the green beans.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • You can substitute chicken for turkey if desired.
