A delicious way to use your Thanksgiving leftovers in a comforting casserole.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded turkey
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup green beans, cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the turkey mixture in a baking dish.
- Add the cooked green beans on top of the turkey layer.
- Spread the mashed potatoes over the green beans.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken for turkey if desired.
- Add more veggies like corn or peas for variety.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
