  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cloves, cinnamon, pepper, and salt.
  4. Brush the glaze over the ham.
  5. Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
  6. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  8. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
