Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add kale, spinach, and Brussels sprouts to the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until greens are wilted.
- Stir in walnuts and cranberries.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
