- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and milk, alternating between them.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
