  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before serving.
