A rich and creamy fudge perfect for Thanksgiving celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, heavy cream, and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla extract.
  5. Stir until smooth and add nuts if desired.
  6. Pour into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  7. Allow to cool and set before cutting into squares.

  • Store fudge in an airtight container.
  • Fudge can be made ahead of time and stored for up to two weeks.
