- 1 whole turkey breast (2–3 pounds)
- 1 cup of stuffing mix
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1 pound of green beans
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine stuffing mix and vegetable broth. Let it soak.
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place turkey in a roasting pan and insert stuffing into the cavity.
- Roast turkey for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the turkey cooks, boil potatoes until tender, then mash with milk and butter.
- Steam green beans until bright green and tender.
- Serve turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
