Ingredients

- 2 cups of green beans
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 1 cup of corn
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim the green beans.
- Chop the carrots into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the green beans, carrots, corn, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve warm.
