Ingredients

- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 3/4 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup cooked and chopped turkey
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped herbs (rosemary, thyme)
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until combined.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet.
- Top with turkey, cranberry sauce, herbs, and olives.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
